In 1985 I started painting lessons and was immediately "hooked". After 10 years of learning and many Big Brush classes, I was asked by my teacher to teach one night a week for her. At first I was apprehensive but quickly came to the realization how thoroughly I enjoyed teaching. Some of my favourite activities include painting on fabric and wood.
I was introduced to Mary Owens early in her career of oil rouging. I have found it so adaptable to many surfaces and styles. The effectiveness of this technique is manifested by the fact that my classes have a good attendance! Hopefully, I can look forward to many years of satisfaction from my instruction.
