I was teaching a design seminar at convention and set up a still life with objects to demonstrate some of the possibilities for creating your own designs. When I used the props that I bought at Pier One, and Michael’s, I fell in love with the layout! I went home and photographed my pieces again, and used my projector to transform the photo into a line drawing and then added the final details. I had so much fun creating this and I hope my sharing some of these hints with you will inspire you to create from your own photos!
