Hi, My name is Judy McLaughlin and the handsome gentleman next me is my husband, Charlie.  We both went to Mary Owens’ Certification class in June of 2001 after seeing Mary’s work at the New England Painting Convention in Rhode Island.  As soon as I seen Mary’s pen and ink with oil rouging I fell in love with it.  I have been decorative painting for years and I am also a Certified One Stroke Instructor, but the pen and ink was an area new to me and I had to learn it.  I have been hooked ever since.

            Now, let me tell you about my husband.  We met in 1979 and married in 1982.  I did not know the man had an artistic bone in his whole body (other than woodworking, he cuts my pieces for me) until we met the Net. WOW!!!
