Originally from PA, I currently reside in the beautiful Middle Georgia.  The creations around me are constantly a source of inspiration for my artwork.  It is a pleasure for me to work with acrylics, oils and pen/ink.  I have been teaching for 3 years, and painting for as long as I can remember.  My classes are held in my home, and the shop Butterflies and Happiness.  I have also taught at the Bleckley County Arts Alliance Center.

I am currently the elected President of the Heart of Georgia Decorative Painters, and we always welcome new painters.

Becoming a certified Mary Owens teacher has been an incentive for me to move onward and press forward in my new artwork. 

Coming from a large family with 5 sisters, 8 children, and 5 grandchildren has also been an inspiration for me to come up with personalized affordable gifts for everyone.  My husband has been a great support to me also.  Ultimately, I always thank the Lord for these gifts in my life and herein find inner peace in His creations around me.
