RUSTIC WHEELBARROW As I mentioned in the pattern packet, this project resulted from a photograph taken on location in Columbus Ohio by a good friend of mine. John Macuch is a photographer as well as a decorative artist. I met him at Ohio Convention. After explaining my technique for developing projects from photos I take, he said he would share some of his pictures with me. This project involves the use of the technical pen as well as my technique for rouging oils over the inking. I also stress the designing technique I use with the opaque projector and will show you HOW I designed this from the photo John sent me. YOU can design you own projects. Everything needed for the seminar is provided for you except Krylon Matte 1311, paper towels, and the surface choice.
