I would like to stress that the projects in this portfolio are geared for all levels of experience and have been very successful for the beginner as well as the more experienced student! What makes these classes all the more successful is the fact that the participating student does not have to spend a lot of time and money purchasing materials they are not sure they will want to use after class. This is good for the shop owner sponsoring the class also. You will be better equipped to make wise purchasing choices for art materials to carry in regards to pen and ink and the oil rouging technique I have developed. Most of my classes only require the student to bring a roll of paper towel, and the surface choice for the project picked for the seminar! Most classes on stretched canvas require no prepping before class. You may purchase surfaces through me or through your own sources. If a wood project is decided on, I can provide a detailed pattern for your wood cutter or give you a source for purchasing.

 Patterns for wood and instructions for wood and surface prep will be provided after booking. I suggest the classes run 6-7 hours for the best results [e.g. 9am till noon, 1pm till 5-5:30pm]

I PROVIDE FOR EACH STUDENT:

A COMPLETE PATTERN PACKET including color photo, detailed instructions, a detailed pattern as well as simplified pattern for tracing onto surface, and page protector [retail value of $8.00]

Other INFORMATION HANDOUTS, SUFFICIENT PAINT AND MEDIUMS to complete the project, MISC. TOOLS such as palette knives, transfer paper, palettes, ball-point pens, erasers, brushes, technical pens, etc!

ALL YOU NEED IS PAPER TOWELS, AND THE SURFACE!

SPONSOR COST INFORMATION: My fee is 375.00 for 15 Students and $25.00 per student over 15 per day for a one day project. I require a minimum of 15 students and can comfortably accommodate up to 30 students as long as the facilities can accommodate.
My travel expenses of either $.41 per mile round trip if driving, or a super saver fare for air travel will be covered by sponsor, plus hotel. [Super saver booked in advance, as long as reimbursement is guaranteed for penalties incurred if seminar has to be canceled by sponsor.]
I will cover my own meal expenses as well as any shipping of projectors and extra equipment needed for my seminars.
