Trees Company
Price: $32.99
Length: 184 minutes
Step By Step Instruction
I love birdhouses! I can picture lots of different
ways to create patterns from pictures taken while I am out and
about! TREES COMPANY was designed from a really unique birdhouse
built by George Boerboom from Monroe Michigan. Linda [his wife]
owns a wonderful porcelain studio in her home and I was conducting a
pen and ink class there. We all went out into her back yard to
spray our canvas pieces and I saw this wonderful structure. I had
mentioned that it would make a really great pen and ink design and
Tina Wiese went out and got me a photo! That was all it took to
create this packet. I popped it into the projector, traced it and
everything came together wonderfully! The patterns for tracing are
in the folded pamphlet that is packaged on the front section of the
case. We review pen care and maintenance, prepping different types
of surfaces, and step by step instruction regarding the ink as well
as adding the rouging. Skip the intro if desired and go right to
the project, or review the rouging steps before tackling the
addition of color so you can make sure you are on track! No more
rewinding! Just point and click!

Four Seasons Glass
Price: $32.99
Length: 219 minutes
Step By Step Instruction
I am sure you will enjoy the step by step
demonstrations using all of the etching products I incorporate in
the projects I teach. Etching is easy to do and the results allow
you to work with pen and ink and rouged oils, acrylic stroke work,
side-loading, enamels, and just about any form of decorative
painting imaginable! I will show you how the RESIST gel works in
conjunction with the ETCHING CRÈME and DIP N’ ETCH. B&B products
are safer to use than conventional etching materials and both the
crème and liquid can be put back into the containers to be used over
and over with wonderful results! The project demonstration will
give you enough info and technique so you can apply what we cover in
the DVD to other glass designs! As included in the other project
DVDs; we also cover prepping alternative surfaces, review of the
tech pen and it’s care and maintenance, an overview of the rouging
concept so you can review and brush up on technique whenever you
feel it necessary. The greatest convenience too is no rewinding!
Just click and move ahead or back. The pamphlet on the front slides
out and opens up so your patterns for tracing are there for you to
work with. Remember; you do not have to adapt these designs to
glass alone. You can enlarge or reduce and put them onto wood
pieces, canvas, or even slate!

Kopy Art Projector
Price: $24.99
Length: 52 minutes
Step By Step Instruction
So, you want to
learn how to use the opaque projector! The KOPYART projector by
KopyKake is one of the best tools I use to create realistic
designs. I walk you through the entire process starting by
unpacking and assembling your machine, plugging it in, how to use
the lens to enlarge and reduce and many other steps that will make
tracing and adapting your designs in decorative painting become fun
and less of a drudge. I have always felt frustration with the
entire tracing and transferring chore and graphite paper can be very
aggravating. You will not have to go back and forth to the copy
machine constantly, by reducing your patterns one final time to
measure approximately 4” x 6”; you can then pop them into the
machine and reflect them onto wood, canvas, slate, walls,
sweatshirts, gourds [Yes! The pattern wraps around round objects!]
Lot’s of shortcuts,
demonstrations and step by step instructions to help you remember
all of the wonderful things you can do with this wonderful tool!

The Milkhouse
Price: $ 32.99
Length: 210 minutes
Step By Step Instruction
The Milk House was designed from a photo that was
given to me several years ago. This DVD will take you through the
steps in the inking process and completing the rouging as well. As
always; the pattern for tracing and completing the project is folded
into the pamphlet that is behind the cover page. Just lay it on the
copy machine to size up or down to whatever surface choice you
decide on. We also cover prepping different surfaces and I will
remind you to make sure you use enough sealer to allow for
correction work with your cotton swabs and glass cleaner containing
ammonia! Just like the other project DVDs; we review pen care,
review of the oil rouging technique, and prepping demonstrations.
Feel free to experiment with your own color choices and try to work
on different surface choices as well. Email me if you have any
questions.

Last Days of Autumn
Price: $ 32.99
Length: 175 minutes
Step By Step Instruction
Another bird house! LAST DAYS OF AUTUMN was designed
from a really old weathered birdhouse that was hung on a tree in our
back yard while we were living in Clarkston, Michigan for several
years. I had a lot of fun adapting this and adding the fall
leaves! You can experiment with other color additions, enlarge the
pattern that comes folded in the pamphlet so you can adapt the
project to a wood piece, slate, or canvas. We cover lots of info on
the technique regarding the inking, taking care of the tech pens,
and how to store them when you are done using them. We cover
prepping different types of surfaces and details and helpful hints
for keeping those pens working and what to do to take really good
care of your brushes. I love using my projector to design from
photos, and you can learn some of these tricks of the trade as well!
