HELLO AND HAPPY SPRING!

I am so happy to see buds on the trees and robins!  Winter is tooo long in Western NY!  Things are starting to get busy again, and if you didn’t see it on the website; we are going to Hawaii!!!  I was invited to teach for the chapter there and we are going to do the family vacation thing while we are there! Ralph and I are taking Cindi and Shane and the kids so we can enjoy this once in a lifetime opportunity!  I am so thankful to the Ka Hui Kaha Chapter for extending the invitation for me to share with them! It is truly a blessing for me and my family!

I am off to Humble Texas this weekend and then the Coast to Coast Convention in Canada.  This is my second trip back to Humble!  They are a wonderful group and I am looking forward to sharing my design seminar with them!  Coast to Coast is going to be fun because we see so many of our friends and other teachers, and Audrey and her group make it so much fun, and they host a great convention.  In February Cindi, Lynn, and I went to the Vegas show.  It was awesome!  I mentioned many times that I could not go to that show because of my allergies to cigarette smoke, and we decided to give it a try because the last time I was there was way back in the day!!  And things have gotten so much better.  The classrooms are spacious and smoke free, and the trade show was wonderful!  I am hoping they accept my submissions so I can go back for next year!

            We have and intensive study program booked for May in Kamloops, Canada.  There are details on the website for this seminar.  Many people have told me they would like to come to a seminar that is focused on the entire technique of inking and rouging and using the projector, but they do not want to teach.  We have put together a 4 day seminar that covers just that!  I am working with Cindi right now on a booking for here in NY for the same seminar.  It will probably be in September.  Email us for details and info on costs and what it includes.
