Merry Christmas!

Boy; it seems like yesterday we were finishing Thanksgiving Dinner, and now we are finishing up last minute Christmas shopping!  I have my last out of town seminar this weekend in Vidalia Georgia, then, I am off the road til after the new year.

Things have been pretty busy here.  This coming February we will be attending the Vegas Convention for the first time in a really long time!  I have stayed away for many years because of my allergy to cigarette smoke, and after Cindi and her husband Shane went this past year, she convinced me to give it a try, again.  Classes have filled wonderfully, so I am hoping for the best.

I have to share a great idea with you!  Since we started using JW Undercover, I have discovered so many more uses for it than I ever imagined!  One of my certified teachers in North Carolina sent me a Christmas gift and told me what she did to create it!  Mary Ann went to the dollar stores and bought a quantity of inexpensive spoons.  These were soup sized spoons and she bent the handles back to create a hook so she could tie gold ribbon and create an ornament to hang on Christmas trees.  She base-coated several light coats of the Undercover on the bowl section of each spoon til she achieved the coverage she wanted, let the basecoat dry and cure, then went right to pen and ink and created a snowman design, sprayed, then rouged over it to add color!  I got one in the mail yesterday, and it is hanging on my tree.  I told her that after we take the tree down, her spoon will start traveling with me to share this concept with students all over the US and Canada!  It is amazing how this product will prepare so many different types of surfaces.

If you want more details on this; feel free to email me or call and I can explain further.  It was so easy to do; it really is something quick and easy as well as inexpensive!  Remember; Undercover can be tinted with your favorite acrylic color so you do not have to work with white all the time. It also comes in black!

If you have any ideas you want to share with us, please email and let us know. I would love to post new tricks in our newsletters so lots of people can join in on the creating!

Watch the website; we have pattern packets that are newly released, seminar dates that are upcoming; along with contact information for these classes.

Please keep in touch, have a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year!

 God bless,

Mary, Ralph, Cindi, and Lynn
